Webb Sets His Sights On Prison Reform

And THIS is why you keep Jim Webb in the Senate instead of making him Vice President.

Look, the guy is a loose cannon, but that's a good thing. He's tackling issues that need addressing, and damn the politics and games involved in doing it the "normal" way.

I don't agree with everything he's ever been for, but hey, we NEEDED a new GI Bill. And we equally need to reform our prison system.
