While the Rethugs are busy trying to spread hate and drive everyone away from them, the rest of America is picking up the shards of the broken country they left us and working on the future. Part of that future involves high speed rail.
Granted, we won't get our's after the whole "Disneyland to Vegas" rant (thanks assholes!) which guarantees that traffic congestion on the I-15 will continue until the end of time, but at least some parts of the nation will benefit.
