Plus, in a similar vein, a guy tries to legally get a church to stop praying for him and his family to die violently after he protested against the Air Force Academy turning into Talibangelical Central. Seeing as he is Jewish, he had a problem with a government military force trying to convert everyone to wingnut style Christianity. He basically wants the church to "stop asking Jesus to plunder my fields ... seize my assets, kill me and my family then wipe away our descendants for 10 generations."
More compassionate conservatism than he wanted apparently.
