Yes, health care reform is going to cost a lot to set up. It is also going to save us a lot of money once it is up and running. That's the projections from the guys with slide rules and charts and such.
As for Bush, the so-called fiscal conservative? He just rammed a bunch of tax cuts for the rich down our throats and a ton of unfunded mandates and a couple wars. We'll be the better part of this century paying for his bad ideas.
