Climate Change May Mean More Mexican Immigration: Scientific American

Republicans are usually really bad on cause-and-effect relations but they might want to pay attention to this. The more the climate becomes unstable, the more Mexicans are going to lose their jobs and farms. Which means even more will come to US looking for work as long as folks are willing to hire them.

Anyone willing to pass some immigration reform yet?

Apparently in China, PBR is incredibly classy and expensive.

Considering I once spent an evening in Muscatine, Iowa on a throne of stacked beer cases, drinking a case of cold PBRs while wearing a Burger King crown with a beer label slapped on it, I dare you to say that beer is classy.

Drinkable, party worthy, but classy? Nah. And that case didn’t cost us much more than $20 if memory serves.

For some reason it still surprises people that the GOP are disingenuous snakes and liars.

Sure, average Republican voters can be nice enough people. I know quite a few of them. But the asshats in charge sure seem to be complete tools.

Look, we can disagree on a lot of things but questioning people’s patriotism because they might object to bombing brown people indiscriminately is just damn near evil.
