One of the worst things we have done in this nation is to make damn near everything a felony. Particularly things like drug use which can be cured at less cost than in just locking folks up.
Given the racial bias in sentencing for drug crimes, it just seems like a way to keep minorities off the streets – and away from the voting booth. Sunday Morning spent some time today on the issue.
It needs more attention but this helps.

An awesome statement on something we should all strive to do whenever we can.
Buy something and keep it in good repair as long as you can. Eventually industry might get back to making things that last. We can hope, right?
