What Trump’s Proposed Budget Cuts Mean for Education, Research

The dumbing down of America continues.

After having the Amway lady head the Department of Ed in his first go-around, Trump doubled-down and put a wrasslin’ lady in charge this time. Results are as expected.

Now his new budget plans to take an axe to, among other things, STEM education. Same goes for the arts, TRIO, the entire Education department eventually.

If you can’t reason or create, you are stuck listening to South African tech bros who inject their soulless husks with young people’s blood.

I wish I was kidding about that last part. I am most certainly not.

In short, they can’t change all our minds, but they bet they can destroy the minds of our children, which – over time – they most certainly can achieve.

Mississippi Students No Longer Required to Pass U.S. History Assessment to Graduate

In a move that should surprise nobody, you do not have to know our nation’s history to get out of high school in Mississippi.

Yes, there is a place for jokes here, but the important thing to consider here is that, unlike Oklahoma outright lying about our history, or Louisiana mandating a Ten Commandments statue in the middle of a walkway, Mississippi just gave up and pocketed the money they’d have to spend.

Which, if not admirable, is as least fiscally conscious I guess?

‘Panic industry’ surges as more Americans fortify their homes to prepare for the worst

Change is coming to America. Demographics, hopefully economic. Religion is losing popularity as it embraces pedophiles and damns people for just being their true selves.

Middle America is responding…by turning their houses into fortresses.

Yeah, that’s right. We “can’t afford DEI or free school lunches, but a panic room is TOTALLY on the budget now that womens and mud people are having a say.
