Mexican food is everywhere. I was going back trying to migrate old posts and ran into one celebrating Glenn Bell for creating Taco Bell. Not because it is any good, but because it created an entry for Mexican food to the rest of the country.

And here we are, decades later, with a large footprint of Mexican food available across the country.
