In our era of taco truck wish fulfillment it is important to remember that damn near any taco is better than no tacos.

Sometimes history is not in the grand structures or the documents of lore. Sometimes, it is in the mud.

As if my reading list wasn’t long enough.

A little bit of Midwest food history for ya.

This is this election cycle’s “Binder Full of Women”.

I mean, if you are afraid of tacos, I certainly don’t want your ass in charge of anything.

I suppose the blatant bigotry, hatred, racism, and scrotum cupping of white supremacists are reason enough too.

But hating tacos?

I won’t lie. There is a certain appeal to this work and it appears to be good for the soul.

You can argue the ethics of this concept but there is apparently a need for pirate libraries.
