Matters of life and death that our political system just resorts to making jokes of.

We can and should be better than this.

Stop settling for less. Politicians used to call themselves our betters because they figured they came from a higher class.

Now? Maybe they just should be better than merely acceptable. They hold dead ideas, bought and paid for by people who care little for democracy and the freedom to do anything but consume.

Better? It will only happen when we the people demand it.

I like this kid. And she’s doing good work.
