We are starting to get a lot of food trucks here in Vegas, much like there are in a lot of West Coast cities. Marketplace did a story on the LA scene Friday. It comes with a gallery, including people’s picks of trucks in their towns.
One of the ones I want to hit here in town before too long is FukuBurger.

This is pretty cool. Dogfish Head makes a good beer in general. Resurrecting an old Chinese recipe just sounds like something I should be trying sometime soon.
