So, now we know. Neat story though.

I remember hearing part of a story about this group on NPR last week.
I read this one over at GeekDad and went back to listen to some of their tunes.
Interesting stuff. Give it a listen.
This is so damned cool. Every home should have one that contains either a geek or a kid.

Not that I’ve got the cash to go visit these places, but any of these islands looks like a good way to get away from it all.
Ah, dreams.
I’ve been waiting for someone to lay out the rationale for rejecting Jay Leno. Here it is for those still unconvinced.
As far as I’ve ever been concerned, the guy isn’t funny. Plus he seems like a smug jackass.
‘Nuff said.
Even when Rethugs attempt to understand technology (“It’s a series of TUBES!!!!), they screw it up. Here is Bush’s former Director of National Intelligence (wow, talk about a heckuvajob kinda guy) still trying to turn somewhat valid fears into ways to spy on Americans and earn profits for his pals.
Seriously, where do these guys get off calling themselves patriots when they are all about trading freedom for profits?
A cool story on how a text-to-voice software company is giving Roger Ebert his voice back – after a fashion.
Here is an interview with the CTO of CereProc explaining his company’s product and plans.
I’ve always been a fan of Prince’s music. Here’s a cool story on how he’s letting his local public radio station give a first listen to his new work. It’s linked from that story. I plan on giving it a listen this weekend (work firewall has some limitations).
Check these out. Time to go play with Google Earth again.
