One of the most haunting and moving experiences I’ve had is visiting the Oklahoma City Bombing Memorial. It really hits you when you are there the depths of the hatred that live in some people’s souls. As a whole, Oklahoma once was unified in it’s opposition to violence as a means of political discourse. They had seen the face of evil and wanted nothing to do with it. The monsters that dwell in this trade are those like McVeigh.

The days of Oklahoma learning a painful lesson in the costs of violent extremism are apparently over.

Oklahoma has moved towards creating a traitor militia. I used to only be ashamed of having lived in Texas. Now chalk up Oklahoma to that list.

Honestly, watching Inhofe and Coburn over recent years has done the job, but this is beyond the pale. These folks – literally – should know better.

Just in case you weren’t clear where Republicans stand of the concepts of secession or racial superiority over others, all you need to know is that the governor of Virginia wants to spend a whole month celebrating the treason and racism that was the Confederacy.

Other Republican governors have done this in the past as well. Then again, former Virginia governors also owned slaves. Does McDonnell want to emulate them too?

This reminds me of when Life magazine ran around with some white supremacists awhile back. Here is a look at a militia wedding, complete with kids and weaponry.

Now I’m not saying that planning to kill cops for Jesus is the same as wanting to start a race war; I’m just saying that both sets of lunatics are equally as dangerous to our nation.

Also, for the record, a lot of other militias have been trying to say these Hutaree idiots are nothing like them and they share no common ties. Reality tells a different story.

It turns out the feds have already been briefing local authorities across the nation on how to pick out an IED.

But, you know, these so-called Christians and other lunatics aren’t a threat to America or anything.

Yeah, right.

Militias are growing as never before. And with the greater amount of anti-government traitors, the more likely you’ll get more loons like the Hutaree Honkies.

Militias have grown from 149 to 512 in just the past couple years, with most of the growth in the MidWest, not to mention Texas.

Republicans are trying to distance themselves from these assclowns, but also go out of their way to support them and their Tea Bagging cohorts.
