I am a sucker for folks using old tech to reproduce the past. This definitely fits the bill.
I am not sure what happened to this project but I have hopes they make it happen.
Edit: Including an update from 2018. Project is pretty much dead.

I find comfort that some things just require a human to do properly.
I could only catch snippets at work, but this was so fun to watch. Great to see a whole city turn out to make one little guy’s day.

An update on Caine’s Arcade. They are now using the money to create a foundation to send similarly clever kids to college. Good stuff.
