Nah, he just hates Mexicans and makes them change their names to “be more normal” or something.
Now I’ve been to Taos and it’s a pretty moderate place. Hell, Santa Fe and that whole area kind of is. So, why some Latino-hating peckerwood from Texas thought it would be cool to piss off the locals who have been speaking Spanish since, I don’t know, the 1600s is beyond me.
Pretty interesting stuff that might keep you safe this winter.

Now this is good to know. Apparently scalding your hands like a lobster doesn’t make that much of a difference versus washing them in a temperature near the boiling point of lava.

It seems there is a difference between Democrats and Republicans.
Ronald Reagan famously wanted to declare ketchup as a vegetable. Democrats want to remove juice as a fruit and vegetable and make our public school meals more nutritious.
This is exactly the kind of change we voted to have in this country.
Now, to the non-Democrats who may be watching today I want everybody to know we believe in a strong and loyal opposition. I believe in a two-party system where ideas are tested and assumptions are challenged — because that’s how we can move this country forward. But what I reject is when some folks decide to sit on the sidelines and root for failure on health care or on energy or on our economy. What I reject is when some folks say we should go back to the past policies when it was those very same policies that got us into this mess in the first place.
Another way of putting it is when, you know, I’m busy and Nancy’s busy with our mop cleaning up somebody else’s mess — we don’t want somebody sitting back saying, you’re not holding the mop the right way. Why don’t you grab a mop, why don’t you help clean up. You’re not mopping fast enough. That’s a socialist mop. Grab a mop — let’s get to work.

In Geneva High School in Illinois, it’s a double whammy as a teacher bashes both gays and blacks in the same breath.
Yeah, you know what? Keep your white sheet and hood in the closet for your weekend activities and stop spreading hate in public schools.
