After months of claiming the CIA has documents &#8220;proving&#8221; torture works, the release of said documents&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/washingtonindependent.com\/56344\/cia-documents-provide-little-cover-for-cheney-claims\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">say the exact opposite<\/a>.
