FAUXNews is ramping up the fearmongering concerning Barack Obama. They ran a segment today questioning whether we should trust Obama since he was supposedly trained in a madrassa and is a Muslim.
There are a few things wrong with that entire premise, not the least of which is that we shouldn't damn people over their religion, much less their education, which plenty of Americans seem to have a weak concept of anyway.
And then there's the truth of the matter. One, not everyone who attends a parochial school becomes Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, and Ted Haggard. And not everyone who goes to a madrassa becomes Osama bin Laden. DO ANY OF YOU IMBECILES GRASP THIS CONCEPT?
Two, Obama is a practicing Christian. And apparently he actually follows the Word, unlike Bush and the evangelical crowd, who are just a pack of rabid, racist, sexist, homophobic, repressed child molesters and junkies.
I guess we should just get used to this if Obama is seriously going to run for President. And I should have known the Repugnican'ts would have their mudslinging program ready to go.
