Here's a fun one. Apparently, our allies the Brits has not used the phrase "War on Terror" in quite some time. It seems, according to one UK terrorism expert, that "It requires a much deeper sensitivity than that." Um, could you teach that to our dim-witted leaders?

Meanwhile, lawyers here in the US want to justify throwing people out out of Bush rallies who haven't caused any problems as legal. Um, noooo. Freedom of speech pretty much demands that people can disagree with their leaders. As one commenter put it, it is part of that concept of "taxation without representation" that started the American Revolution. Then again, we had a corrupt and absentminded King George then too.

Steve Jobs is anti-union. Go figure. Your next iPod may be built in a sweatshop.

Bad news for the Chicago El and the rail system at large. Let's hope they get to fixing it soon.
