That said, there is always the mirrorshades asswipe just looking to intimidate. To them, anyone brown is an illegal. Anyone not Amurkan as he is is the "enemy".
It is of this ilk which the following officers belong. To deny the documentation of an American citizen. Actually - to TEAR IT UP - should be some form of felony in a just world.
Sadly, we don't seem to be living in one.
