It took awhile, but adrift in higher pregnancy rates and increased STD infections, the State of Texas wakes up to reality and figures out that abstinence-only "sex education" is a failure.
Well, not to gloat given the horrible results of your stupidity, but, um, not educating people is not how your prepare them for life.
