A postmortem to the 2009 season for the Cubs, plus some early analysis for next year.
In short, damn near everyone got injured. Bradley was a miserable experiment: i mean, couldn't he have been a dismal teammate while putting up good numbers too? Lilly was a surprise, because - seriously - who though he was going to have that good of a year? Lou FINALLY figured out Kevin Gregg can't close and basically threw Marmol into the job. Better late than never I guess but hopefully Carlos figures it all out in time for next year.
Either way, no playoffs and a long road again waiting for next year.
