Conservatives hate freedom. This is historical fact, not hyperbole. Their own words and actions verify the argument.
As if bigotry, false economic assumptions (and outright lies), an inability to see that taxes create the system that keeps us safe and allow some to make ungodly sums of money, and just outright hatred of women, minorities, and anyone who doesn't look or sound like them isn't enough; yes, they hate freedom.
Why? Because when folks have freedom they embrace love, they embrace a touch of vice, a lot of fun, and try their damnedest not to be puritanical prudes and hate-filled assholes.
And that, at the end of the day, is what conservatives can't stand.
