The Winds of Hell | Minnesota Public Radio News
I have probably linked this before, but since we’re struggling to get past zero today I was reminded of this story about how unexpectedly bad winter can get up here.
Las Vegas Weekly : – Anatomy of a food truck: Fukuburger
It’s like looking behind the curtain to see how the Wizard runs Oz. Check out the inside of the Fukuburger truck.
I miss it and am glad we got to know it before we left Vegas.

Midlife Crisis: State Of The European Union : NPR

Another taste of the incredible levels of hypocrisy and stupidity coming from the GOP here in Nevada.
Thanks to Hugh Jackson for doing what so few others are willing to do.
Along The Grand Trunk Road : NPR
This was a pretty good series based on mostly rural India and Pakistan and the young folks who live there.
Even for having conservative weasel Steve Inskeep involved, the stories were pretty much free of bias and inanity.
This is the kind of stuff NPR excels at and I hope they keep at it.
