It isn’t enough to whip your cohorts into breaking windows a la Kristallnacht. Said mouth breather is a member of an Alabama militia and is, of course, cashing government disability checks while railing against said government.

There’s even more hatred. Bart Stupak is putting up with really vile phone messages. CBS covers the tame ones with many of the more offensive ones in this bit on Rachel Maddow’s show last night – along with other vile behavior.

Rep. Louise Slaughter has been informed that snipes are coming for her. She has already had the lives of her children threatened.

Rep. Russ Carnahan of Missouri had a coffin left outside his house. Nothing subtle there. Tea Bagging Traitors say it was left after a “prayer vigil”. Hell, at best that’s littering in poor taste. in reality it’s a death threat.

Once again, these are the compassionate conservatives?

These cretins swear they aren’t violent.

John McCain blows off the danger of his party’s rhetoric, much like he did Palin’s filth in 2008.

The NRCC says that threats against people’s lives aren’t a big deal.

As Maddow points out, much of this stupidity is driven by the GOP leadership itself.

There’s some truth in this posting.

For all the racism heaped on Barack Obama and some black congressmen, how much racial animus do you believe exists in the Republican Party when it comes time to consider what to do with 10-12 million undocumented workers and their families? Or, basically, how much violence against brown people with the GOP refuse to comment on just so they can keep getting elected by Klan members?

Folks, this behavior just should not be allowed to define America. But it will be.

Some Republicans are crazy rat bastards bent of assassination, murder, vandalism, and just plain mayhem.

Why? Because a black guy is President and they can’t stand the reality that their hatemongering keeps losing them elections.

The worst part? Not a single elected Republican dares to speak against this. Every party has their crazy people. What you do about them is what counts. The GOP of late? From Palin on they’ve embraced these treasonous idiots.

Call me a liar if you want, but you don’t have a stitch of proof to the contrary.

Ten members of Congress have had their lives threatened since Sunday’s health care vote.

In Virginia, someone posted the address online, thinking it was the Congressman’s house.

When told he had the wrong house and that the wrong family might get killed, one of the Tea Bagging Traitors involved, Nigel Coleman, only had this to say:

“Oh well, collateral damage.”

Collateral damage is what happens when a bomb goes awry. When you put a hit out of the wrong family, it’s willful and callous ignorance on top of a terrorist act.

And now the GOP is stalking Rep. Steve Driehaus in Ohio, planning to raid his house. This is after a local newspaper ran an ad targeting his daughters. And that was when he was planning to vote against the bill.

More, certainly, will come. Nobody on the right wing side of the spectrum is telling these animals to stop. So they won’t. Republicans are far too worried about votes instead of preserving democracy, civility, or, hell, just doing the right thing.

I don’t want to see anyone hurt, at least those being targeted, but any blood sits at the feet of the GOP.

More on the increasingly unhinged Republican response to losing the health care reform effort. Well, not sure if you’d call their work an effort necessarily….

I seriously question their commitment to democracy. Or human decency.

Sure, it’s inappropriate, but so is acting like a traitorous racist jackass.

If we’ve learned anything about Republicans it is that they absolutely hate losing in a fair fight. Not only do they sulk, they like to lash out like angry, violent children. I take that back, angry children are more rational.
